Services & Treatment Packages
All services and treatment packages are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused sessions, or dissatisfaction once a treatment has been performed.
Products
All product purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may offer a replacement where applicable, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Prepaid Packages
All prepaid treatments must be used within the specified validity period. Expired sessions will not be refunded or extended.

Appointments & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or changes may result in forfeiture of your deposit or treatment session.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit or session.
Payments
All services, packages, and products must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
No Refunds or Exchanges

Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, results are not guaranteed and depend on factors including adherence to the recommended treatment plan, product usage, and individual lifestyle.
Client Responsibility
Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided. BioMed is not responsible for adverse outcomes where instructions are not followed.
Children in Clinic
To maintain a safe and calm environment, children under 8 years of age are not permitted in the clinic.
Right to Refuse Service
BioMed reserves the right to refuse service where deemed necessary, including but not limited to safety concerns or inappropriate behaviour.
